Roasted Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 1 tbs olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and parm. Add brussels sprouts and toss to coat. Pour the sprouts onto parchment lined baking sheet and spread out into a single layer.

  3. Roast in the oven for 18-22 minutes or until brussels sprouts are evenly browed.

  4. Enjoy!
